Jos Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal got Rajasthan Royals (RR) off to a strong start against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the IPL clash in Jaipur on Wednesday. The pair added 87 runs for the first wicket before Marcus Stoinis removed Yashasvi for 44(35). Sanju Samson was then run-out for 2(4) in the next over. Stoinis then removed Buttler for 40(41) and Avesh Khan got rid of Shimron Hetmyer for 2(5). Earlier, clinical bowling by R Ashwin and Trent Boult helped the hosts restrict Lucknow at 154/7 after inviting them to bat. Ashwin scalped two wickets and conceded 23 runs in his four overs, while Boult gave 16 runs and picked a wicket in his quota. Kyle Mayers scored a half-century, but it came at a very slow pace.
