Rajasthan Royals (RR) find themselves in a spot of bother in the 198 chase against Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) clash in Guwahati on Wednesday. The Sanju Samson-led unit have six wickets and Shimron Hetmyer now holds key for Rajasthan in the stiff run-chase. Royals did an experiment by sending Ashwin to open with Yashasvi Jaiswal but the spinner returned without troubling the scorers. Yashasvi (11 off 8) and Jos Buttler (19 off 11) also failed to make an impact. Sanju Samson then steadied things for Rajasthan before being dismissed by Nathan Ellis for 42(25). Earlier, Shikhar Dhawan returned unbeaten on 86 off 56 balls, which featured nine 4s and three 6s. He along with Prabhsimran got Punjab off to explosive start, adding 90 runs for the opening wicket. Prabhsimran was then dismissed for 64(34). The skipper added another 50-plus stand with Jitesh Sharma, who was packed for 27(16) by Yuzvendra Chahal.
