Earlier, Suryakumar Yadav scored an unbeaten 103 off 49 balls to power Mumbai Indians to 218/5 in 20 overs after being invited to bat first. Batting at a strike-rate of 210.20, Suryakumar’s innings featured eleven boundaries and six maximums. Rashid Khan was the only bowler, who could rule the proceedings from Gujarat camp. The Afghan spinner scalped four out of the five wickets that fell and conceded 30 runs in his four overs.
